Offer the insulation
I have always used Argos for my white goods never again I ordered a new integral fridge freezer I was not offered a removal and installation my husband andcI are in our late 70's it took us 4 hours to disconnect and 3 hours to install we were struggling why not offer this service when you offer to recycle the old one very dissatisfied

Very Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Product
bought this fridge freezer nearly 2 months ago, and shortly after, the fridge door stopped closing properly due to a faulty seal. This caused the internal temperature to rise, leading to a lot of spoiled food — a complete waste of money. I contacted Argos customer service, but it took them three weeks just to get back to me. When they finally did, instead of offering a straightforward solution, they told me to contact Indesit directly to arrange a repair. When I called Indesit, I was told I needed to take out an insurance plan first. Initially, I was quoted £3.50 per month, but after being kept on hold for 5 minutes, the price suddenly changed due to what they claimed was a “live system update.” Very unprofessional and confusing. This whole process has been a waste of time, money, and effort. The product is faulty, and both the manufacturer and retailer have been extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and avoid it completely!

The red plug is to stop debris from going down the drain hole and blocking it so it is best to keep it in.
This can be wiggled and taken out to ensure no slime or debris is stuck on it and cleaned.
