This pan is amazing and a really good price. I love the way the piece on the handle becomes pink when it is heated so you know it is ready to use. Everything that has been cooked in it so far has been delicious and nothing sticks plus it is so easy to clean. We use an induction hob and the heat is evenly distributed throughout. it still looks as good as it did when it was new. This should be a very long lasting pan.

About a month into reintroducing frying back into the kitchen, this Salter pan is proving a perfect purchase. Now, am back on 500g of mince most evenings, with fried eggs being done straight after the mince to fill my belly with plenty protein.
The temp indicator on the handle turns red when heat has reached readiness to fry. This can be achieved whilst large hob is on its lowest for barely a few mins.
No issues with stickiness. I pop a wee lump of butter into the prep. I leave pan to go cold afterwards before washing with hot soapy water & do this separately.
I regret waiting so long.
