Sharp, versatile but heavy
I wanted to get some telescopic shears & these fit the mark, the telescopic function is clever & secure. Nice & sharp & hopefully resistant to rusting. Only problems I can see is that they are heavy, my arthritic arms can only do so much till I have to rest. You can get lighter, but they looked a bit more fragile so maybe it's a trade-off. I also think they should specify the extent of the telescopic function which is quite limited, but overall these are a quality choice, is anything perfect?

The length given is with handle unextended.

Our supplier says "For hedge trimmers we don’t normally reference a cutting capacity as it will greatly depend on the cutting material and if it is green stems or woody stems. However a general rule of thumb between 3-6mm will be ok. For woody stems over 6mm we would recommend either a secateur of lopper."

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know the weight of the shears is 1.32kg
This model comes with a wavy blade (no notch) which traps stems for more efficient cutting
