Awful! Zero stars! Springs are clearly faulty
Within a month of very light use due to poor weather, the springs have stretched and it is unusable. Previously had great experiences with Argos, but the spares site have run out of springs, the online web chat person promised a phone call that didn't come and suggested I take it into the store so they can see the problem. Erm.... It's a 10 foot trampoline! Even if they did magic up new springs at that point having to dismantle and re-make it again is ridiculous. Picture attached. According to the spares website, the springs when they start out are 16.2cm. One there is now 28cm! And that's just a random sample for the photo. And as I said after very little use. Avoid the item and after this, I shall avoid Argos for that might go wrong, rather than risk having to waste more hours with their hopeless customer service, which refuses to give out an email address, doesn't call back as promised and just plain won't help.

Bought as a joint birthday present for my 8 & 6 yr old grandchildren they were over the moon with it, so good for them to bounce & enjoy & get rid of that extra energy, defo needs 3 people to construct.

Great trampoline and affordable price!
I got this for my kids to jump around and get them outside more. It works perfectly, it's a great size, netting helps knowing they are not going to fall off. Before purchasing I read all the reviews & there were many saying it's rubbish and no pre drilled holes etc. It's NOT the case, these people just haven't followed the instructions. You just have to get things the right way around and everything lines up perfectly. I had a huge expensive trampoline as a kid and this build quality is on par with that. I highly recommend this product.

We had this for a month or so and my 2, 3 and 8y old loved it. This was the only place that had this size 8” by 10” which was great for our small garden. Everywhere else the size is 7” by 10” that’s a bit narrow. Definitely recommend the Argos trampoline, the price was good too. Only downside for me was that there is no canopy roof currently on the UK market that would fit the rectangular shape and size and I was adamant to have one for the sun and rain in Weston super mare. So after 1 month we sold it on marketplace and got an 8” round trampoline with a lovely canopy roof. But again this is is a positive review and if you don’t require a canopy but this and you won’t be disappointed.

It is advised not to position this trampoline on hard surfaces such as concrete, tarmac or paving. Suitable surfaces include flat dirt or grass, sand or play area covered with an appropriate depth of play bark material, with no obstructions above, below or near the product.

The assembly instructions confirm that you should check the package and make sure you have all of the parts listed in the Parts List section of the user manual. This is to ensure that all parts are present and undamaged before then commencing with assembly.
Because of this, there’s not really a specific order to the process of which boxes you open first as all the parts within need to be checked anyway before you put it all together. Also, it may depend on the space you have in the location you're assembling it as to which box may be best to open first.
