About this product
Toast longer slices without flipping. The Cookworks Long Slot 4 Slice Toaster handles full-sized bread in one go with extended slots for sourdough, bloomer, crumpets and tea cakes. Its 1400W power toasts four slices quickly, while seven browning settings range from lightly golden to deep caramelised. Features include defrost for frozen bread, reheat for warming toast, and cancel to stop mid-cycle. The high-lift helps safely remove smaller pieces, and the removable crumb tray makes cleanup easy.

Works well
Will completely toast large slices of bread if placed sideways in middle of slot.

Great cheap toaster!
Great little toaster - especially for the price. Nice and lightweight too… does good toast and quite quickly too - particularly once it has warmed up!

Not great
The slots aren't very wide, so no good for thick toast or crumpets. The browning is uneven. The ends burn and the middle is still pale. It will do for now but I'll get rid as soon as I can afford to replace it.

Fine
OK for the price. The slots are slightly shorter than I'd like when trying to toast 4 Standard slices at once, and tall slices have to be toasted on their sides to fit, but it mainly does the job. Seems well made, and the sides don't get overly hot in use.

Brilliant for the price
This is a good toaster and incredible for the price. It does everything my old one did except let me raise the toast during cooking to check the colour but as I say for the price it’s good
