Great machine easy to use
Really pleased with this machine so far. Made s really good job of cleaning my carpets. Easy to use and carpets weren't soaking and dried quickly. Took a while to clean it on first go but will be easier next time.

Dissapointing
I thought it would have a stair attachment with it, which now makes it dark to clean the stairs carpets. Uses the clean water solution really quickly and the dirty water tank needs emptying when it's only about a quarter full.

Not a good start
At first the beaters wouldn't rotate and then the machine would not collect the dirty water. Then it started to cut out completely. The Ninja agents were very helpful insisting I return the machine for replacement. I wasn't able to retract the handle so found returning it a nuisance as it exceeded the DPD pickup and had to get Ninja to arrange on site collection. However, I shall give it another go with the replacement machine.

This carpet shampoo machine is really amazing !!!! truly fit for the job over the years iv brought two other makes both Bissel but they were really not good so thought I would try a Shark as I already have the shark hand held the spot machine and the vacuum cleaner so as they are all perfect for the jobs they need to do, it is simple to take off the items that need a quick wash,I decided to buy the carpet cleaner so highly recommend and wouldn’t buy any other make again you will not be disappointed

Great carpet washer
Very good carpet cleaner. I had a Bissell that lasted about 10 years prior to purchasing this as a replacement. It was easy to use, got rid of stains easily, wasn't too heavy to operate. Only downside was it needed emptying frequently as the dirty water tank isn't very big. It did pick up a lot of pet hair even after vacuuming with a Shark hoover. Would recommend.
