Great piece of kit
Tried other carpet cleaners which all do a similar job, this one stands out above the others as it’s reasonably lightweight both to carry and use. Also it is very easy to take apart to clean afterwards, no point cleaning your carpet with a filthy appliance. There are no screws or fiddly bits to contend with, all the mucky clogged up bits come apart easily, would highly recommend.

Great at cleaning
I bought this carpet cleaner because I already have the Shark hoover and steam mop and I love them. This is excellent as well. I bought it mainly to clean the rugs downstairs as we have a dog and they get dirty very quickly. The set up was straightforward and quick and I was glad the box included the carpet shampoo. I only filled the water to about 2/3rds but didn't realise how much water it would use. Overall I probably filled it 3 times. The shampoo smells really fresh. I was amazed at how much dirt it gets out, you do have to empty the dirty water quite often as it doesn't hold much. It does switch off when it needs emptying. My rug in the hallway was filthy and it brought most of the marks out. The only downside is there is no indicator to let you know when it's out of clean water, you just have to keep looking. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great product
Really easy to use, let's you know when the tank needs emptying. It has a decent capacity water tank and has a great suction when in dry mode. Gets dirty carpets clean and removes old stains. It also removes imbedded pet hair and odours. All in all a great product at a good price.

Brilliant for pet owners & children
I decided since my old VAX carpet cleaner decided to finally stop working after many years of use, it was time to purchase a brand new one - this model was recommended to me from a family member who has long haired dogs. Once I used this product twice for spot cleaning my cats accidents I noticed the entire bungalow smelt gorgeous, the pets solution is by far the best for bringing back vibrant life into my carpet alongside filling the air with a beautiful scent! I would highly recommend not only for how quickly spills are suctioned up but you have a clear warning light once the product has reached the max full line for dirty water. Simple enough and not heavyweight at all which is brilliant for my back ( not to mention with having a child that constantly has sticky fingers it’s amazing for picking up any juice spills on light grey carpets )
