Great product but how do you get it to dry vacuum
Excellent swift delivery service. Device was easy to setup and quickly mapped the floor with scary accuracy ! Performed and completed its first mop without issue. Very impressive. Only a 4 star rating because I can't get the thing to only vacuum, it only wants to mop. If I leave the bin empty of water it just sits and errors waiting for water to be put in. How on earth do you get it to just dry vacuum ?

Shark matrix
I wasn’t sure what to expect with a robot vacuum however decided to give it a go last year. I bought a hoover from a different brand last year and when it stopped working I decided to go for the shark model the next time as I already have a hand held shark vacuum. I’m glad I went for this model it really good at picking up the dust and mopping the floor. The only thing I would say is the mapping is quite tricky but once it’s done that’s you sorted. I’ve only had this a few weeks so still To map upstairs. I would actually quite like one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I like how this saves me time and takes one task off my list. 😀

A very good sucker upper.
This was a replacement for another make we returned to Argos. This is much better and quieter, the suction seems to be better even though this has only 1 rotating brush (compared to Eufy 3). The WiFi set up was not as easy as Eufy, but this could have been user input error. The mopping action is ok but the first time used, it fell off the machine. Again it could have been user input error. Subsequently it has stayed on. Overall well pleased with this one, and and pleased with Argos for taking the other one back.

Good product, basic app.
Nice piece of machinery but the app needs improvements urgently. It only works with 1 map, so what if you have more than 1 floor? Yeah sucks.

Fifi is not going back!
We’ve been trying out the Shark robot vacuum on a 30-day trial, and honestly, we knew after the very first day that we wouldn’t be sending it back. My wife said, “She's not going back”—that’s how good it is. It cleans thoroughly, handles different floor types well, and the self-emptying feature is a huge convenience (no constant emptying like our old vacuum). The phone app even lets you name your cleaner—we called ours Fifi, and she’s already become part of the family! Highly recommend—this robot vacuum has already made itself indispensable in our home

Brilliant
I’ve been wanting to buy one of these for a while. I’m so glad I finally got one - with 3 dogs and a cat, it’s essential to clean the floor regularly. Having Plumette (as that is her name) ready and able to sweep and mop is a godsend

Hoover
Saves so much time after tea time, so easy to set up ,tells you if it get stuck which is very rare, the only thing about it is its loud when it empties itself.I personally would only use it for a light clean.Ive dog and cat and does pick up most of the hairs.

Terrible
I bought 1 of these within a week the wheel had fallen off and the robot was getting stuck in the same place every time it was in mop mode. Trouble shooting didn’t work shark replaced it 3 times and 3 times the same thing happened with it. It would work in hoover mode but not in mop mode it just kept stopping and flashing a red light It kept disconnecting from my WiFi and being an absolute pain. They are replacing it again for the never touch one so hopefully that one works better I am just waiting for it to arrive.

Waste of time patience and money
Losing my patience with this, I havent had it 24hrs and there is an error on it, I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting 3 times over!!! It done its first clean last night then told me to dock recharge and be ready for mapping………. The error is on the app not the device itself Turned it on and off, disconnected from WiFi and reset, shut my phone down deleted and reinstalled the app, cleaned the dustbin and filter, refilled the water and it’s still not doing anything!! This was recommended to me but I will not be recommending it to anyone, a waste of money time and patience There is no help in the manuel either
