Shark Matrix
I bought this but had to return as it didn’t lift debris,even when the robot done a cycle of the floors it wasn’t picking up all of dirt,also the app is very very basic,you can’t ask it to do edge cleaning etc,ive a cheaper robot which is 10 times better and a far better app too,i buy alot of Shark products and liked their products but not this robot

Robot hoover
I brought this 2 weeks ago it's only doing a clean for 5 Mins tops it's scratched all bottom of my brand new cooker and my kick boards I've set no go zones now it's only cleaning for 2 mins driving me mad

Makes life easier
Great hoover, only downside is no carpet detection so you need to detach the mop fully if you want the carpet to be cleaned

Disappointing
Really disappointed with this, especially given the cost. It misses corners, gets stuck easily, leaves marks on the floor and the app is frustratingly glitchy. I seem to spend more time rescuing or restarting it than I would have spent cleaning myself. Another major drawback is that you can only map one floor, making it difficult to use effectively upstairs. It’s also slow and noisy, which I could overlook if I could leave it to clean while I’m out. Unfortunately, I haven’t managed a single successful clean without having to intervene. For something that’s supposed to save time and make life easier - its not hassle free.

Game changer
I bought this about 1 month ago not spending too much in case it turned out to be a damp squib … but it’s turned out to be a game changer! I was loosing the battle with my puppy to keep my kitchen and conservatory clean and clear of the little bits of twig, leaves and muddy paws. Now I can let “Goblin Freeman” (that’s the machines name) hoover and mop to my hearts content. I don’t feel like I’m overwhelmed trying to keep on top of the mess anymore It’s very easy to use and my only gripe is the map set up as having mapped the kitchen to test run I couldn’t then add other rooms without delete the first one, redoing it all and segregating each room out when done. I chose to just keep the original map of the kitchen and just use the clean button to set it up and running in other rooms I’m obsessed - it’s made such a positive difference as to how I feel about my home

Works well and saves us time
After a few weeks and quickly learning to use it we are very pleased. I have made full use of the rooms facility to divide up our downstairs and it works well. Mopping our kitchen floor is great and is keeping us really clean. I only knocked off a star because I would like an easy way to have a second map and use the device upstairs.
