Super Dissapoined
Super Disappointed, this machine is nothing short of a nightmare, it gets stuck EVERYWHERE, the water leaks and makes a right mess, the hover quality is just shocking. Dont waste your money buying one

Limited and time consuming.
On the plus side it hoovers and mops really well. The down side is it can only store 1 map. this means if i take it upstairs I have to delete the downstairs map and have it explore upstairs before hoovering which isn't quick. I then have to repeat it all when I go back downstairs. It would be the same again if I want to do my kitchen and dining room and life is just too short for all that. With today's technology and the price of them I would think they should be able to store at least 2 maps.

Great robot but maybe not idea for larger rooms
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great robot! But if looking to mop a large area perhaps get one that auto refills. We have a reasonably large kitchen and unfortunately on a matrix mop session the water capacity is too low to complete the whole room without having to pause and refill. That aside it does a good job and maps out the house with ease!

Can't get 2 robots on same phone otherwise works OK.

Useful friend
Easy to set up. The mapping is a ok and easy to do. It hoovers well and only misses the occasional crumb, Mopping works well too. Over all very pleased. It’s my new friend, I can sit and relax while sucker does the work.

Undecided ; I love the look of the product but …
Still deciding if this works for me . I would need a separate product for upstairs , plus the mop function runs out of water during the cycle of my downstairs requiring manual intervention which kind of defeats the point in my opinion

Not so sure
Overall I like the robot features easy to use after initial set up on the app but I’m quite disappointed with the mopping part of the machine which they don’t tell you That you have to keep removing the mop part every time you want to mop floors this is a nuisance for me I can’t programme. The cleaning when I’m out only the vacuuming.

Rubbish app rubbish app
App is horrible and slow and old fashioned omg shark what the heck also no power settings on the machine wow ...also bought this two days ago and really should have done more checking.. Get that app sorted ....
Spikeymike, 55 - 64, Guisborough
Yes, it can clean without ever being connected to the internet. Start and pause a run with the Clean button on the robot and it will return to the dock when finished. App features like mapping setup, room selection, no go zones, schedules and updates require Wi Fi; without the app, block off restricted areas physically.
To vacuum with the Self-Empty feature, use the Self-Empty Dust Bin. Do not install the Vac & Mop 2-in-1 Dust Bin.
