About this product
Engineered to deep clean your entire home with minimal effort. Root cyclone technology captures dust and debris from the airflow, maintaining maximum suction power. With a Pneumatic cleaner head to clean deep into carpets and seal in suction on hard floor and two additional tools to reach further and clean deeper. Rides on a ball. Dyson Ball technology is ergonomically designed to steer easily around corners and into difficult places.
The Dyson Big Ball Multi Floor 2 picks itself up if it gets knocked over. Self-adjusts to clean every floor type. The Pneumatic cleaner head senses floor surfaces and self-adjusts - sealing in suction across carpets and hard floors.
Reach difficult dirt with less effort. An articulated wand handle rotates in three directions, allowing 360 articulation for greater control. For easy and versatile cleaning.
Stretches over 10m to reach awkward areas. 3.6m of hose stretch makes light work of cleaning stairs from top to bottom. Up to 6.6m of extra-long cord reaches even further. With up 1.5L of bin capacity you can clean for longer between emptying.
A spring-loaded bin emptying mechanism drives out dust and debris with one push of a button. So you don't have to touch the dirt.

I purchased this item expecting it to be a relatively easy vacuum to use, I can o it say this is may be the wirst vacuum I have ever had, it is heavy to manoeuvre around which I didn’t expect and leaves more on the floor than it picks up really disappointed with it, I have had Dyson vacuums for many years but I would not recommend this one.

Does not pick treads or hair
I've always has a dyson upright hover. Bought this smaller because of price. It's horrible on carpets, doesn't pick tread or hair.was do hard to give back to argos. Please don't read good reviews it's no good on carpets. If u notice has no brush on front of hover comes as a separate little price for stairs. That's no good. I can use little part on all my living room carpets.

Positive-Great suction and capacity also good price. Negative-bit bulky, flimsy switches could break of if using foot to turn on/off so use your fingers. Bin a little tricky to empty. Overall though good.

There is no button to adjust the suction power.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Dyson Big Ball Multifloor 2 Corded Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner: Sorry the mini turbine head is not included with the multifloor cylinder machine.

Totally agree with you asking the question. I refused the upsell of GBP 36.95 by Argos online and again at collection. Opened the box and found a 5-year guarantee already included. I thought the FCA cracked down on this type of shameful misselling of financial products. Not impressed with Argos
