Interesting choice
I may be premature as have not had them long but they seem incredibly uncomfortable and I haven’t found them to be relaxing in the least. Also struggling to make them less tight.

Perfect for relaxing and de-stressing. All the functions are so good. Only thing I can think of that is a slight negative is there could be more programs on the app. As they may get a bit repetitive. But you can always put your own sounds on or meditations and use it!.

Our supplier has advised that The SmartGoggles are designed to promote relaxation and ease tension, which can definitely help prepare you for sleep. They use a combination of vibration, massage, and heat to soothe your eyes and temples, which in turn can help calm your mind and body before bed.
However, it's important to clarify that we don't recommend using the SmartGoggles during sleep itself. They're meant for pre-sleep relaxation or for moments throughout the day when you need to de-stress and unwind.
