The first unit leaked from the lid, although there was no obvious damage to the seal, lid or the cup (the unit at was new). Ninja and Argos replaced the unit and were brilliant with process. The unit, only used once so far, seems fine.
Great overall support from Ninja and Argos. Can not fault them.

Absolutely brilliant and a better blender than its older sibling. I love that you can remove the base on this one. Very easy to use and gives great results
Nice little blender you can take anywhere for doing smoothies, slushes or alcoholic drinks. It Does sometimes struggle a little crushing ice so I find giving it a little shake helps other than that it's spot on.

Basically I bought last week ago, I haven’t used 3 times i was busy, So basically on the top closer head are they’re not perfect, Because is liking on the top obviously I have tried to put less milk or water, But still was same,
And also I have been back to the the store shop Argos, One of the stuff she was rude and telling me you dropped or falling the machine, I said to her if you drop this, it will be broken yeah, But I haven’t dropped and not broke or any damages, I have said just liking on the top, And still she was arguing with me 😅😅

Works fine, but when plugged in for charging, it also works.
Excellent blender. I use this every morning using different fruits both fresh and frozen, along with various milks or coconut water. So refreshing and makes enough for two savings.
Yes, this blender can handle thicker mixes like a smoked mackerel and cream cheese pâte as well as smoothies; add liquid to at least the Min Liquid line, load liquids first then solids, and blend, reblending if needed. If the blend stalls add a little more liquid and give the vessel a shake; the unit is not for dry blending without liquid. Do not blend hot ingredients.
