Good product
Love the product but the only issue i have with it is that it constantly says the blades are blocked and there are times where it doesn't charge unless in a certain way

Decent mini beast
Follow the instructions and you won’t have any issues. A household member tried to make a milkshake and smoothie without reading them, and of course, the drinks didn’t turn out right. It’s a mini blender — like all blenders, it needs enough liquid to spin properly. Add the right amount and you’ll get a decent drink every time. Stop moaning because you didn’t read the instructions. God forbid the instructions were written in a non-English language with squiggly lines — then we’d hear, ‘Why isn’t this in English?’ They are in English. Read and learn.

Disappointed
Bought about 6 weeks ago. Initial impression was positive, however as time has gone on this changed. Used once a day everyday, having to charging every couple of days, overheats easily, doesn’t blend frozen so well. I’m usually a big advocate of Ninja products but not of this particular one. Disappointed today to say least. Would return it if I wasn’t out of time to do so. Do wonder if I have just received a substandard blender.

A bit of a disappointment
I expected more from this device. Yes it’s great with fruit which is soft but cannot handle ginger or turmeric root to make a healthy drink. It boasts high speeds but not one of Ninja’s best products

Almost a great blender
Great design and portability. Poor level if blending/smoothie in a single round. Also, seeds are not being pulverised and smoothies tend to retain lumps
Steve B, 55 - 64, London & Dubai
Yes, this blender can handle thicker mixes like a smoked mackerel and cream cheese pâte as well as smoothies; add liquid to at least the Min Liquid line, load liquids first then solids, and blend, reblending if needed. If the blend stalls add a little more liquid and give the vessel a shake; the unit is not for dry blending without liquid. Do not blend hot ingredients.
