Sad that this has left me feeling down, machine long and awkward, water canister at back. Not able to use normal mug size, two sent with it more like soup bowls, big and ugly. Dont think this was worth the money paid.

I ordered this Yesterday - 19th November 2025 - and it is a big box.
Inside is a slightly smaller big box with the Vertuo - included in the machine box is a 12 pod sample tray along with the Pop and Aerocinno3 together.
