It's ok
It is not as non stick as I had hoped it would be, it made scrambled egg of an attempted omlette. I googled 30 cm and this came up but it has 28 cm on the lid, that was disappointing as Argos did not state the size just gave the litres! Stuff does unstick after a short soak. You do need some heat proof mits to move it when it's been on the hob as the handles get super hot.

Quality pan
This is a quality pan, used it every day since I bought it a few weeks ago, cleans up brilliantly, still looks brand new! I'm keeping away from teflon and this is a perfect alternative, I can cook anything in it, I'm so happy with it
