It is not too bad. Not keen on the fact the material came creased and that I have to tie down these elastic ropes which are thin. I did one beginners video exercise on this and a few have already snapped.

Stitching issues
I bought one in Feb 2025, stitching came away and bungee cord snapped off after 3 weeks of usage, the I had it exchanged for another one and the same happened again at 3 weeks mark. Clearly a manufacturing oversight, unfortunately not recommended.
