About this product
The Hoover Breeze Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner is built for reach and convenience, with a 7m cord and a 4.5m stretch hose that lets you tackle a 13 step staircase in one go. At 5.2kg, it's manageable to move around, and the 3 litre bin means fewer trips to empty it. The motorised brush bar adjusts to suit different floor types, so you can deep clean thick carpets and still glide smoothly across hard floors and laminate.
The 2-in-1 tool is handy for quick switches. Remove the dusting brush to reveal the upholstery nozzle underneath. You also get a crevice tool for skirting boards and tight spots, plus an extension tube for above-floor cleaning. The bin empties without getting your hands dirty, and the whole thing runs at around 80 decibels, which is typical for an upright. It works across carpets, hard floors, stairs and upholstery, and the long hose means you don't need to lug the vacuum up and down with you.

Value for money
Light weight which is what we wanted. Good suction. Definitely flimsy compared to our old Dyson so not expecting it to last as long but can’t expect it to at such a low price. So far very pleased overall.

Effective cleaning and good features
We bought this vacuum cleaner recently to replace another make which had worn out. This cleaner has a great feature in having the long hose for doing the stairs as we have a three storey house. It's much quieter than our last cleaner although harder to push in view of a flap underneath which you attach on assembling the machine from the box. I may try it without this. Cleaning does seem effective and emptying the container is easy. It's bulkier than I would have liked although overall at the price point it is very good.

It's the brush height, going from left to right you have the longest pile carpets all the way to tiled/wood flooring. Changing it will allow you to do a deeper clean of the pile type you have as the brushes are able to get down to the hem of the carpet.
