Very good price and nice looking item, but had to return as far too long for me. Measured against my old pair and they reach your wait, these were about 7 inches longer reaching my chest which meant I couldn’t use. Never seen any either arms this long, would need to be 5.8 or above to comfortably use.

Bought these long handles shears as my previous ones had seen better days and I'm glad that I did .These shears have longer than average handles, and as I'm over 6ft tall, this saves me bending over whilst trimming round my lawn.The price for these was another plus point as was the fact they are very sharp and now makes my lawn edge's neat and tidy

The main difference is product 4870SS08 has very long handles which makes it very tall 91.5 cm. Im 5 foot 8 inches and they didnt suit me. Ive never used edging shears that are so tall so had to return them. Argos should make it clearer in the product title.
