I bought this to prune my crab apple tree and had doubts about its ability to do the job. However I was surprised in its ease of use and the ability to cut small branches with ease. The reach was good and the pruner cut straight through with little effort. Gone are the days of balancing on steps or ladders.

I was not expecting to be so efficient. Very easy to cut and sharp. Was a bit hard to use the saw but that was only until I got used to it. After I managed to make the first cut, was easy. Easy to extend. The rope I think that is a bit long but I managed. Would recommend.

“ The only bit which you will need to put together is the saw blade, this is just fixed onto the tree pruner with a wing nut which is included. ”

Spear & Jackson Razorsharp Telescopic Pruner 720/3116 This is designed to be a tree pruner and may struggle with bramble bushes due to bramble bushes being softer and may just end up pinching them and not cutting/lopping them.
