About this product
Trimming tall shrubs without a ladder? The Spear and Jackson Razorsharp Telescopic Pruner reaches high branches safely from the ground. It's got a carbon steel head that combines a lopper and saw for versatile cutting. You'll handle stems up to 30mm with the lopper section. The saw tackles thicker branches that need more aggressive cutting. The telescopic handle extends up to 92 inches so you'll reach overhead growth comfortably. This tool keeps you grounded while maintaining trees and tall shrubs effectively.
The carbon steel blade stays sharp through regular pruning tasks. You'll switch between cutting methods without changing tools. The extendable design means you won't need a ladder for most jobs. It's practical for gardeners who want safe access to higher branches. The dual cutting options handle different branch thicknesses efficiently. This pruner gives you reach and versatility in one tool.

Great, easy to use
I bought this a month ago to lop our large bramley apple tree. As a 68 year old lady, I find the weight of it perfect to manage, really sharp and easy to use, with its extendable pole i could reach the very top of the tree. Very pleased with this item, it does everything i hoped it would!!

Good versatile tree pruning tool
I bought this to prune a eucalyptus tree that grew astonishingly fast. I was attracted by the saw attachment which worked quite well. I thought the branch I was working on was too thick for the normal cropper, I wrong it cut the thick branches with ease and neatly. I am very happy I bought this tool.

Recommended!
I bought this to replace one I broke a couple of years ago, after years of service, by trying to cut through too thick a branch (should have used the saw attachment!). This replacement is great and has easily sliced through high, overhanging branches. It's easy to extend and locks securely into place. The cord pulls easily to slice through branches. I've not used the saw yet but it's straight forward to attach. I would recommend this garden equipment.

Great tool for tall trees
I bought this when doing a mini garden makeover. We have a very tall tree and the branches were over into the neighbours garden. Using this tool we were able to prune back the tree right to the top over 12foot. It was easy to use and cut very well. I imagine we will use this for many years to come as the tree continues to grow. Great price and saved having to get a gardener in. I came fully assembled you only need to add the saw if needs be which we didn't but it was easy enough to put on and take of. Would recommend to others. Very easy to cut the branches you want great precision

Impressive and impressed!
A really impressive buy. As a woman who's had a stroke and can't rely on anyone to prune a very, very tall palm tree. It made light work of the task and is so simple to use. The blade is so sharp and gives an amazingly clean cut. The job had been left for a while and had over grown due to been let down on a few occasions. The job was done in 30 mins. Saved a lot of money in the long run and in the future I hope the tree has reached it's limits so I can keep maintaining it.

Long handled loppers.
I bought this product about 3 weeks ago and while I have not yet used the saw feature , the cutting mechanism has been extremely good. Overall this is a quality tool and very well made. It extends to a very good length. My only concern would be for someone of a more frail or weaker build because the pole is quite heavy. When pruning one has to hold/support the pole with one hand , while operating the pulling cord with the other hand. A more lightweight model for occasional use would for some be a lot easier to use.
