I recently purchased this lopper to cut my straggly hedgerow. It reached really high and cutting the branches was surprisingly easy and efficient. Not too heavy to carry either. The length can be simply altered - robust but lightweight. I’d definitely recommend this item.

Great tree pruner just a bit heavy
This is excellent and good value. The only downside as I'm not super strong is the weight of it especially when extended. But it's a great garden tool. Wish I'd bought one sooner.

“ The only bit which you will need to put together is the saw blade, this is just fixed onto the tree pruner with a wing nut which is included. ”

Spear & Jackson Razorsharp Telescopic Pruner 720/3116 This is designed to be a tree pruner and may struggle with bramble bushes due to bramble bushes being softer and may just end up pinching them and not cutting/lopping them.
