The only hose you’ll ever need!
Great hose. Easy to install. Really easy to unreel and reel up without knots or twists with this design and the handle. Great length. Perfect design to keep tidy when not in use. I would advise unreeling the whole length of hose when you use it, helps with water pressure, this is what I do and have never had any issues.

Hard to put together but works well
This works well so far and purchase was straightforward. However unlike other reviewers I had to pay someone to put it together as it was not straightforward even though there is a useful instructive video online. Quite complicated!

Hozelock 25m reel
Bought to replace an ageing hosereel that had seen better days. Installation was straightforward and was up and running in 1/2 hr. Pros: hose length perfect for me. Quality of plastic up to the task, all fittings included for install Cons: hose is 12mm, smaller bore than previously so pressure marginally less. Is this an EU water saving idea? Rawlplugs and screws smaller than I would like, so swapped them for larger ones. Rewinding you have to move the hose left to right to stop it bunching.

Not as advertised
This is not Hozelock's yellow hose but an inferior grey version. It is not what is shown in the photographs. It is very demanding to put together and there is a huge absence of decent instructions. One has to cut the hose and make an extension and also attach the handle which, if you decide to put it on the left, you can never change it to the right. Very cheap plastic throughout. Cheapest spray fitting so be prepared for another trip to pay £20 more for a decent spray head.
