Had this a few weeks now and absolutely love it. To start i found the written instructions included a little unclear, there is a video if you search and I found that most helpful. From that I can say its easy to assemble, easy to install in place and I love that if you don't need to use for a while it easily removes from stand to lock away in the shed. The hose itself is quality, very strong with great water pressure. Easy to pull out and wind back in. The whole unit is quite lightweight to move around if you don't wish to install on the wall. All round its a quality product.

Lightweight & works well
Once put together is lightweight & works well. You do have to assemble the hose onto the reel & watching the YouTube clip is the easiest way to see what to do - only takes 5-10 mins to follow & do.

Bought a couple of days ago. All well packed in the box though I had to check on the internet to find out how to 'open' and get the parts out ready for construction. Perhaps a bit more info on the outside would be helpful. The instruction sheet was clear and easy to use for someone like me who checks off all the pieces before starting. That preparation made putting it together pretty straightforward. Attached it to the outside tap and all worked first time. Nicely designed and everything clicks together easily.

I can now water my bush š
I wanted a new hose reel and I wanted it to be wall mounted. This one was just long enough and looks fine. The hose itself is ok, all feels a bit plasticky, but hopefully will be durable. I thought it was a reasonable price when compared with others. I thought the mounting was a bit strange, but seems to work and you can remove the unit it needed (e.g the winter months). Hopefully it will get some use before Kent runs out of water and we have another hosepipe ban.

An apparently reliable hosepipe.
The hose does what I expected. I've only had it a few weeks - so far so good. Seems to be durable and the spray is strong even when fully extended. Winding it up into the box was tricky at first, but not too bad when I apply a bit of care as I wind it up. Have to ensure it does not jam.

The supplier has advised for the Hozelock Compact Enclosed 2 In 1 Hose Reel - 25m: The screws for the wall bracket that come with the compact enclosed would need to be: 9.5cm(3.74inches) on the horizontal & 33.5cm (13.2inches) on the vertical.

I have checked, you will be able to change the hose on the Hozelock Compact Enclosed 2 In 1 Hose Reel - 25m. This would have to be with the same size hose you would not be able to fit a larger hose.
