I bought this on click and collect. Pan was not boxed and just had cardboard label/surround. Got it home and removed cardboard to wash it, only to find that it had chips around the edge and a big dent at the point where the cardboard had covered it, so took it straight back. Not held in stock, so they offered to re-order one. I opted for full refund instead, as there was no guarantee the next one wouldn't be in the same state and no point in to-ing and fro-ing to Argos. Suspect it had been dropped either in transit or warehouse. Staff were apologetic and refund was swift. I am sure the pan would have been fine if in good condition as my previous one had lasted 10 years.

Great frying pan
I bought these frying pans a few weeks ago and I'm really happy with them. Great quality, really easy to cook with, non stick and easy to clean.

Sturdy frying pan
Used it for a couple of weeks and have no complaints. Rubberised handle helps grip with wet hands and it's well made with a solid base.

Great frying pan
