About this product
The Habitat Norah L Shaped Bunk Bed gives you two single beds, storage shelves, and a wardrobe in one clever unit that fits into corners and tight bedrooms. It's built with a sturdy frame that'll hold up to daily climbing, playing and sleeping. The white and oak finish blends with most bedroom styles. There's a slatted door wardrobe with a hanging rail for clothes, plus storage shelves for toys, books or accessories. The ladder's fixed on the right-hand side for safe climbing. You can split it into two separate beds if you need to rearrange later on. Suitable for ages six and over.
The frame includes safety rails on the top bunk to prevent falls during sleep, and each bunk supports up to 100kg. Wall-mounting brackets must be fitted, that's really important for stability and keeping kids safe. Plywood slats are included to support the mattress. The top bunk needs a mattress no deeper than 16cm for safety. Two-person assembly is recommended, all fixings and instructions are included. The L-shaped design makes the most of corner space that'd otherwise go unused.
Norah bunk bed can also be separated to be used as highsleeper and single bed.

Great bed, poor fixtures.
I bought this bed and assembled it yesterday. It has a lovely design and looks great once built. Unfortunately, the main let-down is the quality of the bolts and screws, which are very weak. Several bolts snapped during assembly, and I had to replace them with spare parts from Ikea. This was very disappointing given the price of the bed, especially as the bed itself feels well made. However, the fragility of the fixings does raise concerns about how secure the structure will be long term

Item was just as I hoped. So easy to assemble and only took a few hours (it has lots of parts so thought that was good) Children absolutely love it and it looks really nice in the bedroom.

Very pleased with this bunk bed. Looks great when constructed and the extra storage is bonus. Like that the floor bed can be pulled out if needed.

Excellent
This is one of the best things ive bought. It is quite big but solid and very high quality. Its so much better than i thought it would be. There is so much storage space, the wardrobe has plenty of room and it wasnt too complicated to build.
