Better than the original by far
I bought this a couple months ago and it is so much better than the included head strap. It has more adjustability and doesn't make your head hurt. Would recommend.

A lot more comfortable to wear vs original strap. No indentation mark after 2 hour's. Easy to adjust. no battery or connection. Be careful when changing the strap, make sure to pull at an angle dont pull straight or can damage the headset. Recommend watch a you tube before connecting

Bought this because the standard head strap on the Quest 3 is poor fitting and uncomfortable. This is a great alternative which is easy to fit after removal of the standard strap. Recommended.

An ok Meta Quest Accessory
I bought this item for the meta quest 3s. The overall design is good and easy to put on the headset. The only negative is the back part of the head strap moved around and does not feel secure when wearing.

STEALTH Pro Head Strap For Meta Quest 3 & 3S:
This head strap features a click wheel for rear adjustment, which tightens or loosens the fit around the back and sides of your head. The top strap is also adjustable, but instead of being rigid, it uses a Velcro fastening system, allowing you to set the height for a comfortable fit on the top of your head.

This has been designed for the 3 & 3S only, it may fit the 2 but it's not supported.

clicking wheel which adjusts the fit of the strap, and the headband (arc) is not rigid, so it adjusts to your head size.
