It’s a simple, light, slim and extremely user friendly machine. It’s suitable for a wide variety of coffee options. The water temperature is hot enough and consistent. When the lid is opened the used pods automatically drop into a separate container which is very convenient. The only downside is that the machine is quite low, which can be a bit inconvenient when using taller cups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having one of these was a fabulous way to start Christmas morning! It made making coffees for the family easier, and far tastier! The machine itself is easy to use, seems simple enough to maintain and doesn’t make a huge amount of noise - unlike other brands I have tried previously. The size is great, nice and compact. It fits neatly and stylishly on my countertop. The ONLY slight downside is not being able to use any pods but branded but it’s ok - makes coffee time a real treat!

This machine is literally simple but luxurious at the same time It takes up very little space making it the perfect size. It’s built for simplicity but provides the most luxurious coffee. The pods available are endless, there is something to suit everyone’s taste. It is simple to clean and maintain as the pods are disposed of after use in a small compartment which is easy and quick to remove. The perfect full bodied coffee is delivered every time. The pods are great value for money. It has quickly became my new favourite in the kitchen. If you are a premium coffee lover with little space or looking for something that is simple and easy to maintain Ben this is for you. Pods can be recycled too which is even better!

I'm still trying to figure out different recipes, but what I've tried is lovely, and it's super easy to use and set up. I do think they could be clearer on the pods, flavors, and how to make them. I had to use TikTok and watch videos. I'm dyslexic, and it takes me longer to understand things. I really love it so much. Thanks a bunch!

Small but convenient

The mini size is perfect to take with us to the summer house as a great alternative option. You can add cold milk to all of the Vertuo coffees to make it a bit more creamy. You do not have to add it if you do not wish to as this is in the Pod mixed with the coffee.

Yes, but dont expect the 12 selection pack as shown in the pictures which I wanted to so I could try numerous different ones find one or two I really liked. Mine came with 2 x 10 pods of 2 varieties. The free gifts worth 65 pounds were also unavailable when I applied well within the closing date.
Yes, but whatever you do - do not take out a Nespresso subscription. They make it very difficult to cancel - you have to ring them. The machine is also very fickle in its operation and constantly comes up with a red fault light. I have just given up after my third replacement.
