Recently got a new bike and needed a strong stand. The Decathlon 500 bike stand was easy to fit and perfect for the job..

Very good stand albeit didn't work on my bike.
When stand was up, it interfered with chain, which I wasn't expecting. As far as the stand itself, it's well built and it would work well. Must be my Carrera bike, dimensions are different.

Great easy to fit kickstand
This is a well made kickstand, fully adjustable and you fit it near the rear axle, so a fully laden bike feels so stable. Also, it doesn't foul the left hand crank when manoeuvring the bike with the stand down. Just one word of caution, this stand will only fit oval chainstays, as it clamps on.

It is highly unlikely to fit properly for these reasons:
1. Frame Clearance and Motor Placement: The 500 Bike Stand is designed to clamp behind the bottom bracket. On the e-actv 100, this area is occupied by specific frame geometry, cable routing, and motor housing. Attempting to clamp a stand here risks damaging internal electronic cables or failing to achieve a secure fit.
2. Weight Distribution: The e-actv 100 features a rear-hub motor, making the bike rear-heavy. A bike stand creates an unstable pivot point that can cause the front wheel to lift, making the bike prone to tipping backward, especially when using pannier bags.
Recommended Alternative:
For rear-heavy electric hybrid bikes like yours, a rear-mount (or chainstay) kickstand is much more suitable. This attaches near the rear wheel axle, providing better support for the bike's center of gravity.
We suggest looking for the Decathlon 500 Rear Base Kickstand. Alternatively, please check with a workshop technician to see if your frame features KSA 18mm or 40mm direct-mount holes near the rear disc brake, as a direct-bolt stand would be the sturdiest option.

The Stand 500 is compatible with the 28" (700c) wheels on your Carrera Crossfire 2. However, since your bike has disc brakes, you must check the left side of your rear wheel. If the brake part (calliper) is attached to the bottom bar (chainstay), it might block the stand from clamping on. Thank you for using Q&A!
