Our Brooklyn bunk bed is made from solid pine, with chunky top rails and a sturdy frame. There's a fixed ladder for easy access which can be placed at either end of the bed so you can make sure it suits the layout of your room.

I can advise the following for the Habitat Brooklyn Day Bed Bunk Frame - White:
Standard sponge mattress are used in the testing, not heavy memory foam style ones. The 100kgs max weight is just the user and not including the mattress. If you are using a heavy mattress then deduct that from the user weight.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for Habitat Brooklyn Day Bed Bunk Frame - White.
There is 71.3cm to the top edge of the rails in the bottom bunk. This applies to both ends and at the back of the of the bed.
