Pure Comfort
Wow this mattress is so comfy, you actually sink into it with the gel infused comfort layer. It's the best sleep I've had in a long time. I normally wake up with aches and pains but not any more. The depth of the mattress is huge, it's a lot bigger than your standard mattress but not a problem for a standard bed frame. Would I recommend this? Definitely

Like sleeping on a cloud
This is a very deep mattress and exceptionally made too. It's firm but not uncomfortable in any way at all, having only used this for nearly a week, this mattress has relieved me of hip and back ache from night one. It's an absolute dream to sleep on and the gel panel does help keep me cool, no more sticking my legs out of the duvet. The top panel feels like it cocoons you while your laying on it and I've had the best nights sleep and definitely feel refreshed in the morning. This is a five star mattress for sure!

Thick Mattress
I can't fault this mattress at all. It looks and feels premium. This is a firm mattress but it feels both soft and firm at the same time. When you lie on it, you feel supported, but not like you are lying on a surface with no give to it, due to the memory foam layer on the top. This layer is very thick and because of this, you cannot feel the springs in the mattress. I have had a very restful night's sleep on this and would recommend. I found it to be very comfortable. A thing to bear in mind, is this is a very heavy mattress, and it is thicker than cheaper mattresses. It took two of us to get it up the stairs, so make sure you have someone to help you.

How do you get fitted sheets for this to fit!
Had this mattress for a couple of years now and its OK but i cannot find fitted sheets to fit it which is ridiculous - it is far too deep and likens to the princess and the pea story

Heats doesn't cool
This is the hotest mattress we have ever slept in...it does not keep you cool. Also really comfortable if you sleep on your back but not so great is you sleep on your side...I wake with back ache most days. Nice and thick, just ashame the gel warns up instead of cools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a week now, and it’s absolutely amazing. We chose the firm option, and we couldn’t be happier – it’s very supportive and barely sinks under weight, which our backs are definitely thankful for! It’s extremely comfortable for both of us. We went with the king size, and it’s huge – 74 kg of quality! Two delivery men brought it straight into the bedroom and placed it on the bed frame, which was very convenient. One thing we really love is the cool-to-the-touch fabric. It stays pleasantly cool even during hot summer nights, which makes sleeping so much more enjoyable. Overall, the price matches the quality and brand reputation. Highly recommended!

Absolute sleep upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to sleep on a supportive cloud that somehow knows you’re always cold but your partner thinks it’s the Sahara… this mattress might just be it. We’ve now had the Silentnight UltraGel 3000 mattress for around a month, and it’s honestly amazing. I’m someone who’s always freezing, while my husband radiates heat like a human furnace — yet somehow we’re both comfortable. The cool gel tech keeps us perfectly balanced, even during the recent heatwave, which felt like trying to nap inside a toaster. Delivery, however… well, let’s just say Silentnight doesn’t win any awards for communication. We booked a delivery date, but had no heads-up when they changed it — surprise! That said, the delivery team were fantastic and truly went above and beyond. And they had to, because this mattress? Weighs a casual 75kg and comes double-wrapped in thick plastic. Picture two people trying to carry a giant, floppy jellyfish up the stairs with zero handles. Not ideal. But massive credit to the delivery crew — they got it in, removed all the packaging, and even took our old mattress away. Heroes. The mattress itself did have a strong chemical smell at first, which hung around for about two weeks, but that’s totally gone now. And in terms of comfort — wow. My 6'6", solidly-built husband with a bad back finally sleeps soundly, and I no longer find myself rolling into the Grand Canyon his side used to become on our old mattress. It’s supportive, cooling, spacious, and perfect for couples who are complete opposites when it comes to body temperature. If you’re after a mattress that keeps you cool, comfy, and sleeping like a log — even with a giant beside you — this one’s worth every penny. Final verdict: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great product. Terrible packaging. Absolute sleep upgrade.
