The 16mm tooth gap handles branches up to that diameter comfortably. You'll reach further around your garden with the 6m cable length. A soft grip rear handle keeps control comfortable on tougher sections. The quick stop brake and dual safety switch provide built-in protection. Excellent trimmer
This is a great little trimmer. Ideal for smaller hedges or bushes. The only slight annoyance is the position of the handles, which only work when both hands are on each handle. This made some trimming slightly awkward, aside from that I would highly recommend it; it’s good quality and value for money.

Lightweight hedge cutter just the job
I bought this hedge cutter as my old one kept cutting out. This hedge cutter was easy to assemble, lightweight,easy grip, and had a sharp cutting blade that made it easy to reach my hedge and make great job of cutting it. I wished I had bought this one years ago as I had no aching hands and arms for days with this like my old one used to. This is a great buy, I used £5 of my nectar points off it in Argos so it was a brilliant buy.and ready to collect straight away. I am really pleased with it.

Great hedge trimmer for me ! Blades are the shorter length but good for my front garden . They cut very well and shaped the hedge For me the reach was fine but that’s very dependent on your hedges -they aren’t long enough for the back garden I use them but also need other cutting tools as my back garden is more difficult Ideal weight -not too heavy for me I have R A and am in my late 60s but no problem with these

Value for money trimmer,excellent product.
I went to cut my hedge only to find my old trimmer had died so started to look around for a cheap replacement,this i found on argos website so called in and bought one,this trimmer goes above and beyond its cutting is excellent leaving neat cuts its very sharp and doesnt hesitate on thicker branches,it has a nice long cable that is removeable via a two pin plug socket near to the trimmer so doesnt cause tangles in the cable and is easy to store,letting go of any of the controls stops the machine instantly so very safe i also like the guard plate,supplied,for the rear where your hand is,i can reach all of my hedge both sides with ease and have no problem trimming it as a bonus it is a lot lighter than my old one so doesnt tire me as much seeing as how im 70 years old,all round a decent product at a decent price highly recomended.

It's designed for small to medium hedges, with a 16mm maximum cutting diameter. So, for thicker, woody brambles, it's not the best fit
