I got this Shark vac for my wife for Christmas. Its utter rubbish , hardly picks up anything. She vacs the hard floor and rugs, bits still left on both of them. Will be trying to send it back

Shark cordless pet
I bought this a few weeks ago and it’s amazing, so light weight, easy to use, empty and apply adaptor nozzles. It is the best hoover I have had and literally it gets into everywhere with its easy moving head and flip down to go under sofas. Did the whole house in 20 minutes

Super Shark on the go
How lovely to have a vacuum cleaner I can easily take anywhere anytime. I love that it's adjusts automatically from carpet to hard floors and it's a dream being able to adjust the handle & easily get beneath furniture. I'm not sure it's quite as efficient getting up close to skirting boards as its predecessor and not being able to leave stood upright without leanijg against something has caused me to drop it occasionally but I'll get used to it.

I bought this in December after my trusted Dyson of 15 years hose broke. I cannot believe the difference. My white bedroom carpet looks like new again. Yes, the motorised Pet Tool is part of your Shark IZ380UKT bundle.
We recommend emptying the dust cup first to avoid emptying it by mistake outside the bin. Otherwise, yes, the vacuum can be folded even if the dust cup is full.
This vacuum model is not designed to stand upright on its own. It comes equipped with the "flexology wand" technology which allows the wand to be bent in the middle for storing the vacuum in spaces such as cupboards when it is not in use. All "IZ" models work the same way. We recommend consulting the instruction manual that arrives with the vacuum ensure safe storage.

The total height of this vacuum when it is in the folded position is approximately 66cm.
You should find a Crevice tool, Upholstery Tool and FurFins Pet Tool. It comes with a stand-up charger that can be attached on the wall.
