Lightweight and easy to use. Gets into the edges and can vacuum throughout the house and still leave some in the battery. Gets under the sofa also with the function that flexes. Easy to empty and picks up everything from dirt to hair.

Brilliant cordless vacuum
Already got a shark corded vacuum which is brilliant for pet hair and this cordless version is equally as good. The run time is enough to do an entire room with charge to spare and emptying is very easy. Does the stairs with ease using the supplied attachments and is very handy for those little spils around the house. Folds up for easy storage and the higher suction setting will pick up anything. Overrall very pleased with purchase and would recommend had a Dyson cordless and the battery died, with this you can change the battery and even buy another one to give more runtime.

I do like the anti hair wrap and the way it folds to get under the chairs and cupboards. The hard floor to carpet is great but for long hair rugs it does stop the roller it's a shame really as it is a real good vacuum cleaner

Excellent cleaner.
Lovely cordless cleaner and cleans how it is advertised. I have two dogs and the cleaning and lifting hair has been excellent. Moving from carpet to hard floors is also excellent for easy cleaning. The hoover is also lightweight to carry upstairs and down. Folds in half making easier storage. Lovely product.

Yes, the motorised Pet Tool is part of your Shark IZ380UKT bundle.
We recommend emptying the dust cup first to avoid emptying it by mistake outside the bin. Otherwise, yes, the vacuum can be folded even if the dust cup is full.
This vacuum model is not designed to stand upright on its own. It comes equipped with the "flexology wand" technology which allows the wand to be bent in the middle for storing the vacuum in spaces such as cupboards when it is not in use. All "IZ" models work the same way. We recommend consulting the instruction manual that arrives with the vacuum ensure safe storage.

It comes with a stand-up charger that can be attached on the wall.
