Lightweight, powerful suction, easy to use with automatic floor detection and anti-hair wrap. Battery life varies; some find it short, others long-lasting. Compact design with good attachments but occasional noise and no battery level indicator.

Good vacuum
Good vacuum cleaner and it works well, but unfortunately the battery doesn’t last very long and runs out quite quickly.

Good Value
Have had this 2 weeks and extremely happy with it , excellent at picking up dust/dirt. Easy to use, great suction . I have only one negative , not a huge issue but it is quite noisy , I would've preferred if it was quieter but not a deal breaker.

Light and easy to use
I own several shark ninja products and they never fail to impress Nice and light to use. Love the way it switches automatically from hard floor to carpet. Only gripe, is there’s no battery indicator level, just three lights on battery itself.

Fantastic compact cordless vacuum
I have had this vacuum cleaner for a couple of weeks now and I am impressed. Great power and suction making cleaning effortless. The floor detetection means that the vacuum automatically adjusts suction from carpet to hard floor. The anti hair wrap is fantastic and the run time is excellent. The battery life is extensive too so you don't find yourself having to charge the vacuum often. Folds over into a compact size taking up very little space, this is a great cordless hoover.

Great all rounder.
I brought this a few weeks ago and very happy with purchase. Fast delivery with DPD. Product as described and moves smoothly from flooring to carpet. Good suction on carpet and picks up hair with ease. Easy to empty. Fast charging and comes with charging cable. Definitely recommend product. I’m able to hoover both double bedroom and living room and stairs before needs charging again. Also done my car with it and using boost help get the little grit up.

@Shark - no it doesnt. The furfin tool is not the same as the motorised pet tool.
That product code is for the motorised tool but that attachment is not included with this model. It does come with the furfin tool, instead of the motorised tool.
This has all been confirmed by the shark team over email.
The PowerPro Pet IZ380UKT does come with a motorised pet tool, known as the FurFins Pet Tool (also called the Anti Hair Wrap Motorised Pet Tool, SKU 3722FFJ251UKT). Please give us a call on 0808 109 1166, and we'll be happy to arrange for one to be sent out to you free of charge.
The Shark PowerPro Pet Cordless Vacuum uses a Flexology wand that bends to clean under furniture, creating a low profile rather than a fixed base height. While an exact clearance measurement isn’t specified, in use it typically reaches around 13–15 cm (approx.) clearance when fully flexed under furniture. This design is intended to let the vacuum lie almost flat for low spaces rather than relying on a fixed base height.
The PowerPro Pet weighs approximately 3.45 kg and comes equipped with FloorDetect Technology, which senses the floor type and automatically adjusts the brush-roll speed and suction for optimal cleaning performance.
Please get back in touch with Shark directly and we’ll arrange to have the missing part sent out for you.
Hi there, we’re sorry to hear that you did not receive the motorised pet tool with your PowerPro. This item should be included in the box, so we understand how disappointing that would be. Please get in touch with us at 0808 109 1166, available Monday to Friday, 8:00–20:00; Saturday, 9:00–19:00; and Sundays and bank holidays, 10:00–18:30, and we’ll be happy to help get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
The IZ380UKT version includes the motorised pet tool, while the standard IZ380UK version does not. From the items you’ve listed, it sounds like you’ve received the IZ380UK, which comes with the crevice tool, upholstery tool, charger, and accessory tote bag, but doesn’t include the motorised pet tool. If you were expecting the pet tool, it may be that the listing you saw referred to the IZ380UKT version.
This vacuum does not come equipped with a HEPA grade filter.
We can confirm that a pet tool is intended to arrive with this vacuum. If you have not received it alongside your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at 0808 109 1166 - Mon - Fri 8am – 8pm | Saturday 9am – 7pm | Sun: 10am - 6:30pm.
Yes, the motorised Pet Tool is part of your Shark IZ380UKT bundle.
We recommend emptying the dust cup first to avoid emptying it by mistake outside the bin. Otherwise, yes, the vacuum can be folded even if the dust cup is full.
