Quality & Performance minus the inflated Dyson £££
I have a corded shark vacuum and know they are good. I also wanted to replace the dyson cordless v8 that died. I have family with long hair and a cat. This picked up everything. I love the lights and the larger head . It doesn't feel like a compromise or a toy. I am not sure I will need to use the corded one now. I actually enjoy sharking (not hoovering) now. I buy lots of ninja and shark products and am not paid to do so. I'm a quality expert by profession so I will endorse their products. It's all the quality at a much more competitive price. They don't shortchange you on performance or make you pay extra for the basics.

I have just bought this hoover and I love it I’m surprised how much suction there is and easy to take everything off and put together ,like the air wrap nothing gets clogged ,and I can easily get round my rooms to hoover without battery running out ,also it’s very easy to charge up ,

Not as powerful as I hoped
I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and it’s ok, it doesn’t have as much suction as I thought it would, my older one used to suck the carpet off the floor when it was new, I don’t think this is as powerful but overall it’s a good hoover and works ok, it has the same features as my older one and the bend function is really helpful for doing under the coffee table

Why did I wait.
I bought this one week ago as I felt my previous vacuum was just moving the dirt around. I always wanted a shark vacuum but the price initially put me off. After finally giving in, I have to say the suction is night and day better than my previous brand name hoovers. The battery is more than enough to get a good clean in, in one charge. I have a dog and I didn't think she shed until using this hoover on my large living room rug. The amount of hair it picked up could have made another dog. So far nothing has been tangled around in the floor attachment. Emptying it is also really easy. You just have to disconnect the pole and slide the release button. My old vacuum would engulf my kitchen in a cloud of dust when I did this which isn't ideal with food prep close by, but this one shoots the dirt directly into the bin or wherever you are aiming it. No dust cloud or itchy dry skin after being covered in the stuff you sucked up. Definitely feels cleaner and should make it more allergen friendly. The bendy feature which I thought was a bit gimmicky at first is actually really useful for getting under my side boards and kitchen chairs. It also allows it to stand without being propped against anything once bent over. It has a long cord which allows you do easily do the stairs and landing in one go without having to change the plug over. So far, I'm really happy with the purchase and I actually find myself hoovering more.

Automatic Floor Detection!
I never knew I needed automatic floor detection but going from a toggle to select floor type to it automatically recognising and adjusting suction is my favourite new feature, I’d have bought it just for this, but the ability to fold for storage, light weight, long runtime and long bendable arm make it easy to reach under sofas etc. and pickup the hardest to reach dog hair.

@Shark - no it doesnt. The furfin tool is not the same as the motorised pet tool.
That product code is for the motorised tool but that attachment is not included with this model. It does come with the furfin tool, instead of the motorised tool.
This has all been confirmed by the shark team over email.
The PowerPro Pet IZ380UKT does come with a motorised pet tool, known as the FurFins Pet Tool (also called the Anti Hair Wrap Motorised Pet Tool, SKU 3722FFJ251UKT). Please give us a call on 0808 109 1166, and we'll be happy to arrange for one to be sent out to you free of charge.
The Shark PowerPro Pet Cordless Vacuum uses a Flexology wand that bends to clean under furniture, creating a low profile rather than a fixed base height. While an exact clearance measurement isn’t specified, in use it typically reaches around 13–15 cm (approx.) clearance when fully flexed under furniture. This design is intended to let the vacuum lie almost flat for low spaces rather than relying on a fixed base height.
The PowerPro Pet weighs approximately 3.45 kg and comes equipped with FloorDetect Technology, which senses the floor type and automatically adjusts the brush-roll speed and suction for optimal cleaning performance.

The IZ380UKT version includes the motorised pet tool, while the standard IZ380UK version does not. From the items you’ve listed, it sounds like you’ve received the IZ380UK, which comes with the crevice tool, upholstery tool, charger, and accessory tote bag, but doesn’t include the motorised pet tool. If you were expecting the pet tool, it may be that the listing you saw referred to the IZ380UKT version.
This vacuum does not come equipped with a HEPA grade filter.

Yes, the motorised Pet Tool is part of your Shark IZ380UKT bundle.
We recommend emptying the dust cup first to avoid emptying it by mistake outside the bin. Otherwise, yes, the vacuum can be folded even if the dust cup is full.
