Best Vacuum I have ever owned.
This cordless vacuum is light, easy to push, easy to clean, and easy to store. All that, and it can be stripped down and used as a hand held vacuum using the extra tools that are supplied as standard. I bought this to replace a vacuum which was hard to push, heavy, and had no additional tools. I have owned several cordless vacuums in the past, but the Shark Power Pro is quite simply the best and most versatile one I have ever owned, and at a reasonable price too.

Useful and light weight
Was looking for a light weight vacuum cleaner, this fits the bill. Powerful enough for most jobs, not impressed with the hand held section for cleaning the stairs. As my Shark upright corded cleaner is heavy to manoeuvre this is easy to use on a daily basis should I chose to do so. Storage is easy as the wand bends in half. Overall happy to have made the purchase.

Great little vacuum cleaner. Good for the price. We use it mainly as a handheld cleaner for car, stairs and other odd jobs.

A light run-around
The vacuum works well on hard floor but this is just not a 'main' vacuum. Only buy this if this is your extra quick run-around vacuum or you will drive yourself mad. It doesn't stand up by it's self, so you're vacuuming and you need to move the dog bed/ pick up kids toy etc. and you leave it, it comes crashing to the floor. You either have to faff with folding it over or keep hold of it while trying to move things. It's great on hard floor but not amazing (but not bad) on carpet... maybe that's because by the time I get upstairs the battery is low. I feel a bit disappointed that I bought this to replace my corded upright and I'm going to have to buy another vacuum alongside. However, it does well for what it is, I just wish it was advertised slightly differently maybe. The name made me think it was hardcore.

The Shark IZ380UK doesn’t come with a dock, and it cannot be mounted on a wall.
The batteries can be purchased from the Shark Clean website.
This vacuum is equipped with led headlights in front of the floor nozzle.
There is a release button on the back of the handvac, right where the battery sits, and you just have to press it and slide the battery out, and after slide the replacement battery until it clicks in place.
A complete charge can take up to 3 hours.
You can tell the battery percentage by using of the 3 lights located on the side of the battery. Once all 3 lights are lit up, the battery is fully charged.

To do this, please turn off and unplug the vacuum, detach the floor nozzle, and carefully remove any debris using scissors. We do not publish a specific clearance for under furniture use. With the floorhead attached you should allow roughly 2.5 to 3 inches 6.5 to 7.5 cm of height, based on the floorhead height of comparable Shark models, to glide fully underneath; Flexology lets the wand bend to reach low spaces, and for gaps lower than that switch to handheld with the crevice tool.
Fold the wand with Flexology and it freestands for storage, no hook or wall mount needed. It will not stand on its own when left fully upright. A wall mount is not included or compatible.
Yes, you can buy a spare battery for IZ380UK, the correct battery is XSBT600EU.
