Great for dog post op knee operation
I bought this a month ago for my dog who had a knee operation and required heat therapy. It was so quick and easy to use. Perfect for what it was needed for.

Dissapointing
I’ve been using this as a cold pack and the instructions advise you to place it in the freezer for a few hours. Unfortunately it only stays cold for 30/40mins regardless of how long you’ve kept it in the freezer for which isn’t ideal. I bought this to relieve pain however for the duration it lasts for, it really isn’t practical.

It's not my cup of tea
It doesn't get that hot and it doesn't stay warm for long. Having a hot water bottle is a lot quicker, better & easier to set up and it's more long lasting with it's heat.

1 is included in each pack and to reuse time and time again, simply use boiling water to heat or pop in the freezer to cool. Please note it is red on one side and blue on the other.
