Removes up to 42% of Fat - the George Foreman Grill & Griddle removes up to 42% of fat from food. The angled grill channels fat and grease away from foods, and contact grilling from both sides applies gentle pressure onto food encouraging additional fat to be removed. Measured against 20% fat content beef burgers (113g).
Floating hinge - the Grill's cleverly designed floating hinge automatically adjusts the top grill to accommodate extra thick cuts of food to ensure even cooking – perfect for toasting sandwiches, paninis or uneven portions of meat and veggies.
Dual variable temperature control - both the grill and griddle have independent temperature controls allowing you to alter the temperature. If you only want to use one side of the appliance, simply turn the variable temperature off on the one you won't wish to use, allowing you to keep in control.

My favourite machine
I bought this a few weeks ago for my new home. I love these grills and have had one before. Toast under the grill and fried eggs but not fried on the other. Takes a few minutes and delicious. New design, must admit I prefer the old design. You won't need a toaster anymore as this all in one machine is worth every penny š

Hi it's quite big and bulky there's the outside box but inside there are two large cardboard moulded trays which are moulded into the shape of the grill probably for protection to protect the grill in transit but don't let put you off the grill/griddle is excellent

As baked beans only need to be warmed through rather than 'cooked', then this should be possible. Alternatively you could use an alminium foil tray to ensure quicker heat transfer.

Our supplier has advised that the George Foreman Large Variable Temp Grill & Griddle 23450 has an 1800W power, which is then 900W when only one side is being used.

its temperature controlled so its cuts out when at correct cooking temperature the light will turn green then turn off again
