Nice compact vacuum
Best vacuum I’ve owned, I was sceptical at first as I’ve recently had bag less models and going bag to a bagged system, was a little worrying with extra cost. However, this little beauty is excellent, suction is very strong, picks anything up and is excellent with pet hair. It has a nice storage for all the tools and an ample length of cable. It’s light enough to carry all over the house and works a dream in the car. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Quality product
This is a quality product . Terrific suction . It is quite bulky for storage and is quite heavy to carry up and downstairs . However, it moves really well on the three casters and does an excellent job. The bag and filter is easy to replace and the cord is easily long enough for large rooms.

Converted!
I must say I am lost for words! The suction power on this vacuum is incredible. Ive always thought of Miele as being more of a ‘luxury’ brand and most vacuums (that I have owned) have all had about equal suction. Well, I was very wrong! Put it this way; if I was in a tornado, I would trust my life holding on to the vacuum with it on my carpet because I knew it wouldn’t go anywhere, the suction is that powerful! I didn’t even notice the hidden attachments in it until I had used it a few times, that was a nice surprise! To pull the machine along with you whilst you’re vacuuming is no problem at all, I have a bad back and I didn’t struggle at all. It is also so easy that you are able to use your feet to change the settings and turn it on. I have to say, I’m now converted to Miele, I can absolutely see why people love this brand now. I am one happy lady!

Very Powerful
I am very pleased with this cleaner. The suction is fantastic. You can change to different types of flooring with ease. The tools are stored within the cleaner and easy to change. The cleaner is very light and moves around with ease. The cord tidies away with the touch of a button.

Looks can be deceiving...
I don't have much experience with the Miele brand so I had no real expectations. Having used this for a few weeks now, however, I can say I am pleasantly surprised. The vaccuum is fairly lightweight meaning I can pull it around, and pick it up with ease. I like that it sits horizontally but can then stand vertically for storage. It even has a slot to hold the nozzle / head in both configurations. In the body of the vacuum there is a pop-open storage space which holds 3 attachements - a short crevice tool, an upholstery head, and a dusting brush. Having them carried around in the vacuum makes it handy because they're always right there when you need them. The vacuum can be operated with a hand or foot, making turning it on or off and selecting between the 4 suction levels very easy. At first I thought the cord length and hose length would be disappointing as they're shorter that our old smiley faced vaccum, but actually we are still able to vacuum our modest sized 3 bed house top to bottom without switching plug sockets, so this was a nice surprise too. The automatic cord retraction is great too. The suction on this is very poweful, so I haven't felt the need to use the highest suction settings yet. We have wooden floors and rugs, so perhaps the highest ones would be good for carpets. I wish the crevice tool was a little longer, but that is just preference and I think you can buy longer ones straight from Miele, so not too bad. The upholstery tool works a treat on our chenille and velvet furniture. Changing the bag seems simple enough although I was disappointed that it only comes with one. You can order 4 more for free using the QR code in the box and they send them to you, but I think for some older or less tech-savvy people this may be a hindrance. Not sure why, if they're free anyway, Miele couldn't just put them in the box? I don't know how long the bags will last, so only time will tell, but i like that there is a 'bag full' indicator light. Looks-wise, my 14 year old said it's hideous (although I am not sure what she expects from a vacuum?!)... I do agree it is quite unassuming, but it meets all of our vacuuming needs in one neat package, so clearly looks aren't everything! Overall I'm impressed by this vacuum and pleased with its performance so far. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Vacuum. Picks up really well and versatile
This is a great vacuum. It is very versatile and moves easily across all floors. It picks up really well on all types of surfaces with an easy switch between different floor types. It has a very well designed compartment for extra tools and has a handy storage clip on either side of the main body for easy storage of the main tube and head. It has a good long hose and the extendable metal section is really handy for ceiling cobwebs etc. also means it’s great for stairs. I like the clip on/off system for attaching the tubes and floor head meaning it is easy to change from floor to attachments etc. The bag has a very high capacity and when I registered I got 4 more bags for free. Overall, this is a really well thought through design that does an excellent job of picking up everything from everywhere.

Very powerful hoover with four variable settings!
I’m genuinely thrilled with this hoover! It’s lightweight, powerful, and packed with thoughtful features! The accessories store neatly in a little compartment right inside the unit, so nothing ever gets lost. It has multiple suction settings, including Max, Carpet, Rug, and Curtain, which you can easily switch between by tapping a button with your foot as you clean. Hoovering the stairs is easy, the hoover itself is light, has a handle and fits nicely on each step due to its size. The suction is seriously impressive. On Max, it’s strong enough to lift the carpet from the floorboards! It makes hoovering your car fun as you watch every single spec of dust and crumb get sucked up from every hard to reach crevice with the brush attachment! Skirting boards, high up cobwebs, keyboards, hard to reach gaps are no longer an issue. You also get an option to get a pack of free hoover bags which arrived within a week. Don’t hesitate! This is THE hoover you have been looking for! :D
