About this product
The Nespresso CitiZ brings effortless espresso-style coffee straight to your worktop, ideal for anyone who loves bold, Italian-inspired drinks without the fuss of grinding beans or manual frothing. This compact pod machine uses Nespresso Original Capsules to brew two classic sizes - a punchy espresso for those seeking intensity, or a longer lungo when you want something more indulgent. With 15bar pump pressure and an incorporated crema device, you'll get that rich, aromatic layer on top every time, whilst the strength selector lets you tailor the intensity to your taste.
Designed for everyday convenience, the CitiZ has a transparent water tank with level gauge to know when to refill, a sliding cup stand with 2 positions to fit espresso cups or taller glasses up to 7cm, and a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. The programmable coffee length lets you set your preferred pour, and the machine remembers it. Auto shut-off activates after 9 minutes of inactivity, and a descale warning helps maintenance. Dishwasher-safe parts simplify cleanup. The box includes the machine, which runs on 1260 watts and comes with a 2-year guarantee.

Terrible experience
I bought this for my wife and when she opened the box it had clearly been used by someone else and repackaged. I spent ages trying to ring Argos but there was no hope. Gave up in the end, I won’t use them again unless I have to.

Bought this because our Lor sublime Nespresso machine packed in when I was descaling it, but after reading many reviews this happens to a lot of them and once they start breaking you may as-well throw it because it will keep happening. After research I found most opt for this one as a replacement and its longevity is raves about. So far so good, can hold more water than my other one too which is a bonus. Quick and easy to use. Doesn’t jam the pods like my other machine would do either. Would recommend x
