I've charged it from an EcoFlow Delta 2 and from portable solar panels. Used it to power a fan and it's very quiet, and lighter than the Delta 2 to move around.

Browsing for hours looking for the most cost effective power pack for weekends away and this one is exactly that. There are some really fancy once on the market but the Ecoflow is easy to use, lightweight and a competitive price and just what you need to charge phones/ laptops on a weekend away.

Yes, the EcoFlow RIVER 3 can power a typical 28-liter camping cooler (car refrigerator).
The RIVER 3 is equipped with multiple output interfaces to meet the power needs of different types of coolers:
AC Output (Household Socket): Rated output power is 300W (with X-Boost technology supporting higher starting power), suitable for coolers powered by household plugs.
12V Car Output (Cigarette Lighter Interface): Output specification is 12V/10A (maximum 126W), suitable for car refrigerators that support 12V DC power supply. This is also our recommended power supply method because it reduces energy conversion losses and provides better battery life.
Generally, the operating power of a 28L compressor-type camping cooler is approximately 30W–60W, lower than the output capacity of the RIVER 3, thus ensuring stable operation. The RIVER 3 is equipped with a 245Wh battery, which typically supports several hours to over ten hours of use, depending on the refrigerator's actual power consumption, ambient temperature, set temperature, and door opening frequency.
If your refrigerator supports 12V DC power, it is recommended to use the RIVER 3's vehicle power output interface. If it only has an AC plug, you can also use the RIVER 3's AC outlet for power; it will function normally.
