well worth the money
Great little vacuum cleaner does all it says in the blurb. Had a Meile vacuum for over 20years and despite a few chops and dents it still vacuums well. This purchase is to save carrying the old Meile up and down stairs.

Product was not described correctly.
This Miele vacuum cleaner was described as having a telescopic suction pipe which was an important feature for me but when it arrived this wasn't the case. The product & delivery was good except for the pipe & so I returned it unused & dropped the rating by 1 star. I purchased another Miele vacuum from a different retailer & the suction is fantastic.

I bought this a month ago and I am very happy that I did. The suction is second to none, with different suction levels available to choose from. It is small light weight and reasonably quiet. It is a bit pricey but you won’t regret it!

Excellent performance
I bought the vacuum cleaner a couple of months ago for myself. After using a bagless vacuum cleaner, I had a bit of prejudgment, but it's beyond my expectations. Strong vacuum is a key point. You can also change the suction option according to the floor, whether carpet or no carpet. I was happy, so I bought one for my friend as a house gift as well. She loves it too.

Lightweight but powerful and compact
This product was purchased 5 weeks ago and I have used it frequently since then. Very happy with the performance and the fact that it’s so lightweight. Shame the tools cannot be stored inside the vacuum like other Miele models and the suction tube is not adjustable but still satisfied.
