The Trust Asto is a compact USB-powered soundbar designed to bring clearer, richer audio to your PC or laptop without eating up your desk space. Measuring around half a metre wide and ultra-slim at just over 7cm in height, it tucks neatly beneath any monitor or TV screen, and because it draws power through USB, there's no need for a separate wall socket or trailing cables. At 12W peak power with 6W RMS output, it delivers stereo sound that's a genuine upgrade over tinny built-in speakers, making music, videos and calls all sound more enjoyable.
The front features a large illuminated volume control button that's easy to reach, plus headphone and microphone connections if you need to switch to private listening or plug in a mic for calls. Don't Buy Trust Brand
1. The Mic plug (pink) was broken connector. 2. When i plug in my the headphone in the front aux connection there's a scrathy sound that is very hard to ignore. I bought a mouse and keyboard from same company brand and never worked at all and therefore was useless. This is my last item to buy for this brand. For a brand named Trust, its ironic i don't trust them anymore.

Broke after a week
Sound was excellent. Size was just right for going under my monitor. Connections were easy to connect. But after a week of use it packed up. Returned to Argos. Was offered a replacement, but none in stock. So was given a refund. Bought a differant soundbar from elswhere.

The Trust Asto 12W USB PC Under Monitor Soundbar is compatible with TVs that have a 3.5 mm audio output and USB connections. If your TV model has these connections, the soundbar should work with it. However, it is not Bluetooth enabled and cannot be connected to a phone via Bluetooth. The soundbar can be connected to a monitor or Xbox via a 3.5mm AUX cable.

Having looked into this. To a computer: Connect the USB-cable to the USB-port of the computer for power Connect the audio cable to the 3.5mm audio port of the computer for sound. Note: If your computer has a combined audio port, an adapter is needed. You can contact the support team for this adapter. Switch the soundbar on with the button on the front Turn up the volume on the soundbar as well as on the computer Set the soundbar as the default audio device on the computer The soundbar is ready to use To a TV: Connect the USB-cable to a USB-port or USB-charger for power Connect the audio cable to the 3.5mm audio/headphone port of the TV for sound. Switch the soundbar on with the button on the front Turn up the volume on the soundbar as well as on the TV Check the audio settings of the TV The soundbar is ready to use.
