Great cabinet
I bought this for my son's mancave. The tricky part was near the end, putting the wood into the metal frames and it did not help that I had put one end frame on upside down! Apart from that, it looks great and is sturdy.

Another great unit
Already have 4 pieces from this range and this is the final one I wanted. Slightly different fittings on the back of the cupboard so make sure you definitely check the fittings step by step from the instructions, I raced ahead thinking it was the same as all the other pieces I had put together and it wasn't which meant I damaged the unit putting it together which was totally my fault.

The square sections have sides that are 33.5cm and are 37.5cm deep. Most 12 inch vinyl covers are about 31. 43cm x 31. 43cm. So, yes you can fit them into this unit.
We’d need to know the size of the record player to know if it’d fit but the framework of the unit is on the outside and may hinder you being able to place the player on it in a stable, secure manner.

Thanks for your query about the Loft Living Short Shelving and Storage Unit- Oak.
The item’s main structure is a metal frame into which the various panelled boxes are fitted. Between them they provide the vast majority of the unit’s strength and structural integrity. The door just attaches, by its hinges, to the inner side of one of the box frames, so its aid to the strength of the product is relatively minor. It would therefore be possible to leave the door off if you wished for it to be an open unit.
In terms of its use and as we sell items on the basis that they’re built and used as designed, were any fault to arise due to it not having the door fitted, this may affect the item’s guarantee and would also be at the user’s own risk.

Yes the door can be positioned on the left but will open still towards the centre i.e. hinges on right hand side instead of left hand side as pictured.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: this product is not suitable for stacking. This storage unit is with a height of 77.5 cm and a wall mounting device must be assembled to prevent overturning.
