Broke after a couple of weeks
Broke after a couple of weeks. Got a replacement from Argos but the new one has done exactly the same thing. All buttons stop working properly so can’t turn it on or off.

Not my best purchase
Overall it is just poorly designed. It's louder than my previous dehumidifier, but has less water capacity. The tank comes out from the back, and is fiddly to remove, so I have spilt water every time I have emptied it. The silent mode is far from silent. The display is over complicated, the manual is multiple pages. It would have been better to focus on the basics rather than over design.

Broke in less than 2 weeks
I bought this dehumidifier last month and it had completely packed in within just over a week and a half. It worked perfectly well until then, getting rid of the condensation that had started showing up on my windows and helping to dry laundry. It randomly stopped turning on, only lighting up the low fan speed setting light but not actually operating. I tried all troubleshooting steps, contacted technical support and customer service with no resolution other than bringing the device back to Argos for a refund as it was sold out everywhere. Quite disappointed as it was a good dehumidifier, especially for the price.

The humidifier is efficient, but noisy
The dehumidifier was a good price, delivered for collection on-time and is easy to set up. It has good water capacity, operates efficiently, but the fan is noisier than I expected on the low/economy setting,

Effective dehumidifier
Bought this as it was in the sale and we already have one exactly the same, under a different brand bought about a year ago. Works really well. Not too noisy. Currently using it downstairs between our dining room and lounge, as tend to get condensation on the windows around this time of year. Good bargain.

I love my dehumidifier!
I bought this a few weeks ago and I love it! We use it every day mainly on the laundry setting, and it's crazy how much water it collects; I get so excited seeing how much it has accumulated! The instructions are intuitive and easy to follow. It's a little heavy and can be loud, but there is a quiet mode which is more pleasant. The water is also easy to extract with a pull-out drawer that slips back in easily when emptied!
