Bought this to transport the contents of a small freezer during a house move, and it did the job perfectly. This backpack is not waterproof. The isothermal lining helps to retain cool temperatures but does not prevent water ingress. Therefore, once the ice packs melt and the internal temperature rises, any condensation or liquid from the melting ice could potentially leak out of the backpack. Thank you for using Q&A!
