I have been looking for a lightweight casserole pan with a lid for ages and I absolutely would recommend this one from Scoville. Perfect for stews, curries and casseroles. Very happy with my purchase.

Useful size and easy to clean
The handle on the glass lid get very hot and you need gloves to comfortably remove it without burning your hands. I was also disappointed to find that a dent on the inner rim of the lid means that it doesn’t seal properly, and a lot of steam is lost via the rim as well as via the proper steam vent. Otherwise it’s good, but the flawed glass lid lets it down.
