Amazing coffee machine
Great coffee machine . This is my 2nd one other one 9 years old and gave it to my daughter

So good, we bought another one.
This is our second CitiZ pod coffee machine and frother. Our first one developed a common fault where by it leaked coffee into the chamber which collects the used coffee pods. It had delivered excellent coffee every day for over three years so I decided to purchase a new one which is identical, and put the old one on eBay for parts as it was / is very well made and didn't look like it could be taken apart. Having got a new coffee machine, thanks to YouTube I learned how to fix the old machine. It requires a special tool which costs less than £5 to dismantle it and a new O ring, which is easy to replace. Result is that we now have two excellent coffee machines, the older one now back in use on our touring caravan. So despite the failed O ring which was down to wear and tear and a common fault on most machines, I highly recommend the CitiZ particularly now I know how to maintain it for years to come.

Great coffee and neat machine
This is the third of these machines I’ve bought. I had one 5 years ago which has been passed down to my son since I’ve bought new one for my new kitchen. Bought one in summer 23 for my daughter. Love that they take Grind pods which are home compostable.

Nice coffee machine
I purchased this a few weeks ago, I registered and took up the free 100 pod offer which I’m slowly working my way through. The machine is well made, easy to use, dispose of used pods and clean. It’s quite slim, taking up less space than our previous machine. The milk frother works well, you can choose to just heat the milk or heat and froth it. Would recommend.

Nespresso by De'Longhi CitiZ Pod Coffee Machine & Frother:
The CitiZ is a Nespresso Original Line machine, so it is not compatible with Vertuo pods. However, it does work with Nespresso Original Line pods, including Starbucks by Nespresso and some Costa-compatible pods, as long as they are designed for Original Line machines.
