After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bright Starts JuneBerry Walk-A-Bout Baby Walker: The back wheels only go front to back but the front wheels swivel so it can turn and when go forward but cannot exclusively go side to side.

The steering section will need to be removed by the tabs underneath by pinching the tabs and pulling play station out. Use a screwdriver to change the batteries.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bright Starts JuneBerry Walk-A-Bout Walker: The cleaning instructions can be found in the manual. I have included the instructions below:
Seat pad - Remove from frame. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, low heat.
Plastic parts - Wipe clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.
Frame - Wipe the metal frame with soft, clean cloth and mild soap.
