About this product
The Habitat Chiltern Trundle Day Bed gives you a comfy sofa by day and sleeping space for two at night. There's a pull-out spare bed tucked underneath that rolls out when you need it, so guests have somewhere proper to sleep without you needing a spare room. It's solid oak, that's natural hardwood with visible grain patterns that give it character. The turned wood spindles add a Scandi-style look that works in living rooms or guest rooms. Two mattresses are included, so you've got everything you need straight away.
The mattresses have got 323 springs each with a medium feel that supports you without being too firm. Plywood slats spread the weight evenly and let air circulate underneath. The pull-out bed rolls back under when you're done, keeping your floor space clear during the day. Maximum user weight is 100kg per bed. Self-assembly's needed, two people recommended to make it easier. You can flip the mattresses regularly to even out wear. It's covered by the manufacturer's one-year guarantee.

This is much bigger then we thought even dimensions and the mattress’s are cheap and nasty It was however fairly easy to put together, but that’s really the only thing it’s got going for it

I can advise that the two frames can be pushed flush, however there will be a small gap between the mattresses. The combined width is more than a standard double, so a double sheet could not be used.
