This clever room thermometer doubles as a colour-changing night light, so you always know when the room is too warm, too cool or just right. Designed to support safer sleep and give you peace of mind, the colour changes coordinate with our togs, making it easy to choose the right sleepbag. An LED temperature display clearly shows when adjustments are needed, while the nursery night light offers adjustable brightness. Finished with a soft silicone shell and a calm, minimal design, it's USB mains-powered and perfect for any nursery.
Changes colour: Four different colours that change according to the room temperature and coordinate with our sleepwear togs. Blue for 16C and below, yellow for 16-20C, orange for 20-24C, and red for over 24C.
LED display: This smart baby sleep aid clearly shows the room temperature for reassurance at a glance.
Adjustable brightness: Three brightness levels. Turn the nightlight up for mid-night nappy changes, or down to create a calm sleep environment.

Great night time and thermometer
Bought a second one of these for our new baby and love it. It’s so helpful for checking the room is the right temperature for baby to sleep in and provides a handy night light as well. The design is easy to read from across the room and provides good visibility.

There are four settings for the main globe -
Off
Low brightness
Brighter
Brightest
The digital temperature display is always yellow and at a constant brightness.

This is permanently backlit, however the brightness can be adjusted, but not turned off.

Hi there
Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they don't have the details of the temperature the Groegg will max out at but they do believe these to be reasonable like any other temperature gauging instrument.
The Groegg is designed to be used to monitor the temperature in a child's bedroom so the max temperature tolerance is a moot point ,as when the egg glows red, this is a clear indicator the room is too warm and that's it's function, it is not intended to be a tolerance testing piece of equipment.

They haven’t fixed it and the egg sometimes can’t decide what temp it is so keeps flicking between 2 colours

The Colour transition are based on temperature and the Gro Egg will change according to the environmental temperature thsi may result in a sudden colour change to represent the temperature range the room is at
