Very easy to fix to a standard toilet
This is a very useful adaptation to the toilet. I currently have a problem with knees and hamstrings so I bought this. The extra addition of 4inches to the height makes all the difference. The seat is extremely easy to fix onto the toilet and can be done in a few minutes. It seems very secure and stable and has not moved. In retrospect I wish I had bought the same version with a lid. I imagine if you are tall, the 6 inch height addition would be better.

Poor quality brackets
Toilet seat looked sturdy and fitted toilet. However as the attachment brackets are plastic, tightened they split in two. Sending back as not fit for purpose if the seat can4be secured.

As long as your wc INNER RIM is no smaller than
8 1/2"ins. width or 10 3/4 "ins length it will fit.
Quit a big range of adjustment so I would have thought it would fit most pans. Very pleased with the product.

You don’t have to remove the existing toilet seat, you can just have it permanently raised. .

As the clamps are situated on either side of the Aidapt Raised Toilet Seat with No Lid and this toilet seat is only 36.5cms wide, it will not be possible to tighten this onto your 40cm wide toilet bowl.

it is easy to fit just either raise the existing toilet seat and lid to the upright position or if so desired completely remove the existing toilet seat. Then place this new seat over the toilet pan and tighten the hand screws on either side of the new toilet seat to fit the toilet pan sides best to turn both side screws at the same time if you can to ensure the seat is centered on the toilet properly

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Aidapt Raised Toilet Seat with No Lid: ''This is just place on the toilet & then tightened via the two thumb wheel screws either side.''
