If the music is loud enough for the microphone to hear as well as having all the noise cancelation options turned off in the software of the video calling application then yes, however a better quality of streaming like this would be to use an internal routing application to allow you to route the output of the music software directly into the video calling application. Please consider the licencing agreements of the artists and their labels as PRS may be required if this is public.

This will depend on the software being used and the software's "Noise Gate" feature to block noises that aren't required. Please check the settings of the program to see is noise suppression is able to be enabled and test. Without knowing the distance and dB level of how loud the typing it we are unable to assist further.
