Disastrous
The case I bought was faulty, so I phone argos 3 times to report it,but was cut off 3 times. I went on line to a machine that only wanted yes or no answers.Eventually I got someone who understood.I asked for a replacement but you had none in stock,wait 72 hours by which time they had gone up by £30. So back on typing asked for a refund and the case to be uplifted.I was told it would be picked up Sunday 18/1.No one came.Back to typing this time told that was cancelled but no one told me.Now uplift should be today.So I have had to stay in twice for a faulty case with no apology,I hope my refund has been issued.

I bought these last minute for my holidays the extension handle broke when I arrived abroad so getting back through the airport coming home was hard also one of the wheels buckled that will teach me to buy cheap never again as I bought 2 the both broke the handle on one and wheel on the other so more expense for my next joliday
