Not the silver bullet you are lead to believe
Good for stuff that can't be tumble dried, but that it. Costs more than the tumble drier to get a load clean, and takes at least 12 hours. We are using it, but only for the things that are not dryer safe

It's ok.
It's ok but doesn't dry your cloths unless you move them around. It only dries where it's touching. It's not warm enough to just leave your cloths on with the cover and dry them. Then it's a pain to keep taking the cover on and off to move your cloths around.

Takes days to dry
I am unsure how this is one of the highly rated clothes airers. It has taken days for our clothes. Would recommend getting a heated airier where there is a blower at the bottom instead of the bars heating up as it only dries parts of the clothes touching the bars to very hard to dry the end of trousers or sleeves. Some positives - It is very lightweight and easy to set up.

The supplier has advised the following for the Minky Wing 12m Heated Clothes Airer with Cover:
"The cool down time could vary by multiple factors (i.e. ambient temperature, air pressure, the level of ventilation). However, once the airer is empty of its loading with no cover on and unplugged from the mains, it should be able to cool down to ambient temperature within 1 minute as its metal rail will disperse the heat effectively."
