Made with an extra soft, snuggly and skin-friendly fleece material it will be comfortable for you to hold for a long time. A great pad for easing lots of aches & pains.
We bought this for the Mother In Law last week to help give pain relief after a nasty fall. This pad has been a god send & she has it on every day. It keeps her warm too. A winner all round whilst recovering to help in regaining her mobility.

Didn't work
Didn't work at all, left it on for a good 20 mins, and no heat at all. I returned it, would have swapped for another but I read other reviews that say theirs never worked either so assume its a poor quality product.

Disappointing no heat pad
Bought this a couple of weeks ago, still cool even on highest setting. I left it on for a few minutes in case it eventually got warm but nothing. Had to return it next day but refund was issued quickly.

The Beurer Soft Cosy Heat Pad is equipped with an automatic switch-off function. This turns off the heat supply approx. 90 minutes after the initial use of the heat pad. The temperature setting display
then starts to flash. So that the heat pad can be switched back on, the slider for ON/OFF and
temperature settings must first be set to setting “0” (OFF). After about 5 seconds it is possible to switch it on again.

The supplier has advised the following for the Beurer Soft Cosy Heat Pad:
"Yes, you can disconnect the cable from the heat pad.
Before cleaning, ALWAYS remove the power plug from the socket first. Then disconnect the control from the heat pad by unplugging the plug-in coupling. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock. The control must never come into contact with water or other liquids, as this may cause damage."
