About this product
The 12ft x 8ft overlap garden shed is perfect for buyers looking for a larger garden building to use for storing away everyday garden tools and equipment. The traditional apex roofline provides extra headroom inside, this ideal for storing away much taller equipment or for setting up shelves. The traditional overlap cladding is supported by wooden interior framing create a strong water resistance structure. Solid sheet board has been used for the floor and roof of the building, a durable material making it ideal for the base.
Plastic and wooden sheds, like this one, come supplied with a floor - an integral part. However, it needs to be built on a suitable hard level base, such as concrete, paving slabs or tarmac. This base is NOT supplied. A shed can't be placed directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc. As natural movement will affect the stability, reduce lifespan, cause the doors to warp and encourage rot.
Four shatterproof styrene glazed windows are fitted, a high-quality and much safer alternative to traditional glass. The styrene windows allow the natural to fill the interior, creating a bright environment, shatterproof styrene is ideal for buyers who have busy gardens and young families.
This building has been dipped treated and comes with a manufacturer's 10 year anti-rot guarantee. It should be treated annually to keep strong and waterproof and to maintain the warranty.

Expensive for a shed
It is a good size but the quality isn't great and the roof is leaking in parts so we have had to replace the felt and also add extra flooring as it is a little flimsy! It really is very expensive for what it is.
Perfect size, just what I wanted
The shed is a perfect size and exactly what I order. I would totally recommend to a friend or family!
DO NOT BUY!!!
I ordered this shed for my rabbits as it’s a good size, or so I thought. Although it states the sizes are approximate for a 12x8 shed to measure 7’6” x 11’5” I think that’s a very misleading representation of size. I’d had plans drawn up which were wasted. The quality is awful. Thin, nails poking out, splits in wood and flimsy panels. Still waiting for it to be collected
There is a solid wood floor included with the shed, it is recommended that you assemble this on a strong, flat base (not included).

Since looking into this I can see this would come in 28 separate parts. Some parts have a quantity of 2 or more+.

The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
