About this product
Store garden tools and equipment in the Mercia wooden overlap garden shed, built in the UK. The traditional overlap panels help rainwater run off effectively. Solid sheet floors and roof protect your belongings from elements. Double doors provide easy access for larger items like lawnmowers and bikes. Shatterproof styrene windows let in natural light and can be positioned on either side to suit your layout. This spacious shed comes with all fittings and provides excellent storage. Assembly is required on a level base such as concrete or paving.
Plastic and wooden sheds, like this one, come supplied with a floor - an integral part. However, it needs to be built on a suitable hard level base, such as concrete, paving slabs or tarmac. This base is NOT supplied. A shed can't be placed directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc. As natural movement will affect the stability, reduce lifespan, cause the doors to warp and encourage rot.
The walls on this garden building are constructed using horizontal boards that overlap each other, this traditional method of construction creates solid panels that encourage rain water to run off the building, protecting your stored belongings from the elements.
The floor and roof are constructed using solid sheet board, a durable material made up of several layers of tightly compacted oriented strands. Solid sheet board is perfect for everyday general use and storage.

Orderd this thinking was good value for money but it's cheap & Tatty. The felt is so thin could spit peas throu it. Would not recommend not worth the £800. The plastic for the windows does not fit in the frames . Do not buy

mercia overlap shed
0 REVIEW. DONT BUY THIS SHED ITS RUBBISH.The panels werent straight, ndifferent height so we had to add more wood to give it the correct matching height, base too small lats were bowing, the windows are about 1mm thick and do nothing at all. The roof didnt fit properly so we had to adjust it. The plastic piece for the window frame was too big for the window gap because whoever made it had made the window space too small. The felt for the roof is very thin. Weve spent more money on it trying to make the shed more sturdy and not full of gaps.
wonky crappy shed, 55 - 64, sheffield

Hard work
To many bits. Not the greatest in strength just 4 fence panels and a roof not worth the money really

Shed
Only being honest if u not put up a shed before u will struggle with putting it up on ur own I would like the main stud wall to be thicker timbers and I would like there recommendation of silicone to use are the windows and paint to use as it will make the long-lasting of the build better and the instructions could be clearer but ok build and pretty decent
Kev, 35 - 44, Manchester
Easy to put together highly recommended
Bought this 2 months ago love it

The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
