These pans are excellent. Very light weight but not so light that they tip over (like some I've had in the past). So far they I've found them to be extremely non-stick and they clean very easily. Although very light nothing has burned either.

there is a 'lip' so they have to be positioned 'dead centre' to fit correctly but they are secure

The pan dimensions are 40 x 27 x 15 cm; 2.54 Kilograms.
